Hi, I’m Marta

Empowerment and employee wellbeing coach

What you really need is someone who can offer perspective, honesty and compassion about what you’re going through.

That’s where I come in.

I’ve lived through challenging and amazing chapters in my life. I’ve been a career woman, an entrepreneur, and a stay-at-home mum raising two children. I’ve spent over 30 years in international finance, including 25 years at Citigroup, integrating myself in various cultures, living in the UK, US, Japan, Greece, Luxembourg and Hungary. I’ve rebuilt my life after a divorce. I know what toxic relationships look like, but also what happy and healthy ones look like. I know first-hand what it’s like to lose perspective, be stuck or uncertain, but I also know how you can find your way through.

Today, I help people like you gain clarity and confidence when life feels complicated. Whether it’s relationships, family, friendships, career, parenting, or simply finding your path again, I offer perspective and genuine guidance from someone who’s experienced a lot and can relate.
