The missing layer your organisation needs

I know what it means to look fine while carrying too much

For years, I was the person people turned to when life felt complicated. Not for therapy, but for honest perspective, clarity and a safe place to say what they could not say elsewhere. I saw how often people kept performing, smiling and showing up while quietly carrying far more than anyone realised.

I also know what that feels like personally. Marriage, divorce, motherhood, corporate pressure, loss, reinvention and starting again have all shaped the work I do now. I understand how easy it is to look capable on the outside while needing somewhere safe to say, “I’m not actually fine.”

After 30+ years in international finance, including 25 years at Citigroup, I know the pressure of high-performing environments. I have managed teams across countries, worked in demanding corporate spaces and seen how personal struggles can quietly affect confidence, focus and wellbeing long before anyone asks for help.

That is why I created Lightbulb Perspective. I help organisations support the people who look fine but are quietly struggling, with confidential, human support that sits between EAP and therapy. Real talk. Fresh perspective. Total confidentiality. No judgement.

TRUSTED EXPERIENCE

From global finance to human support

I bring senior corporate experience, global team leadership and lived perspective to conversations that need honesty, confidentiality and no judgement.

How Lightbulb Perspective Works

A safe place for employees to regain clarity, confidence and perspective

My Lightbulb Moment Pathway helps organisations support employees through the moments when your best people may quietly start to disconnect. Burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions and career crossroads can all sit beneath the surface long before they become absence, disengagement or resignation.

This support gives employees a confidential space to talk honestly, feel heard and regain clarity when navigating life’s toughest moments without suffering in silence. For organisations, it creates a more human route to reach people earlier, reduce silent struggle and support the talent you want to keep. It fills the gap between your EAP and therapy, reducing absenteeism whilst increasing productivity and improving wellbeing.
